Dr. Morgan uses his expertise to guide his clients in developing strategies to achieve important personal and professional goals, make desired changes and transitions, and reach higher levels of success, fulfillment, and balance in their lives.

Dr. Bill Morgan is an executive, business, and career coach serving professionals in leadership and management positions in businesses ranging from large corporations to small companies and partnerships. He offers an encouraging approach to increased effectiveness, satisfaction, and success through coaching, assessment, and training.

Dr. Morgan draws on a background in human resources and psychology in the personal development work that he does with his clients. He completed undergraduate studies at the Pennsylvania State University and earned his doctorate in psychology from Widener University. He has held positions in human resources including director of human resources. Dr. Morgan also has experience as a manager and provider in clinical psychology, which is an asset in his understanding of people, interpersonal relationships, and development.
